Message builder
Build messages with text, embeds and buttons, send them to a channel and update them later.

With the message builder you design messages in the dashboard – with a live preview in Discord style. yurna sends them to a channel and can update them later: instead of a new message, yurna simply edits its old one. Perfect for info boards, rules, links or small role menus.
In the dashboard#
- Open Message builder in the dashboard (
/dashboard/<server>/nachrichten-bauer). - Click New message and give it a name (only visible to you).
- Design the text and up to 3 embeds – just like announcements, with the placeholders
{server}and{mitglieder}. - Add buttons if you like (up to 10).
- Under Send, pick a channel and click Send.
- Later: open the message, change it and click Update – yurna edits the sent message.
Buttons#
| Type | Effect |

| Link | Opens an address (https://…). |
| Toggle role | Gives the role to the person clicking; the next click takes it away. Only roles without admin permissions and below yurna’s highest role. |
| Send reply | yurna replies with your text – visible only to the person clicking. |
Buttons have a label and/or an emoji and (except links) a colour.
Good to know#
- Send always posts a new message; Update edits the last one sent.
- If you delete a message in the dashboard, it stays in Discord – but its role and reply buttons stop working.
