Forms
Applications, requests and feedback: panel with a button, Discord form, answers in a channel – optionally with accept and decline.
SetupDashboardRolesMessages
Forms collect structured answers right inside Discord – independent of tickets. A panel (message with a button) opens a Discord form with up to 5 fields. yurna stores every answer in the dashboard and can post it as an embed to an answer channel.
In the dashboard#
- Open Forms in the dashboard (
/dashboard/<server>/formulare) and click New form. - Basics: name (title of the answers) and title of the Discord form (up to 45 characters).
- Fields: up to 5 questions – each short (one line) or long (paragraph), required, placeholder plus minimum and maximum length.
- Panel: channel, button label and emoji, optionally your own message with embeds. If it stays empty, yurna posts a simple embed.
- Answers: answer channel and – if you like – accept and decline.
- Click Save & post panel. Posting again later edits the existing panel.
Accept and decline#
With this option on, two buttons appear under every answer in the answer channel. Anyone with Manage Messages may decide.
- Accept: yurna assigns the chosen role and sends the “accepted” DM (both optional).
- Decline: yurna sends the “declined” DM (optional).
- The answer turns green or red and the buttons disappear. Who decided is shown in the dashboard.
Viewing answers#
In the list, answers leads to all answers of a form (newest first) with status and a link to the message in Discord.
Good to know#
- One answer per member prevents duplicate applications.
- When the form is off, the button only replies with a notice.
- Ticket forms still exist in the ticket categories – this module is for everything without a ticket channel.
