The dashboard at a glance
Signing in, picking a server, the sidebar and “First steps” – find your way around the dashboard. In Discord, /yurna start helps.
You configure almost everything about yurna in the dashboard at https://yurna.info/dashboard. You sign in with your Discord account – there's no separate password.
In the dashboard#
Getting in#
- Open https://yurna.info and sign in with Discord.
- You land on Choose a server. It lists every server where you have Manage Server – servers with yurna at the top (Manage), servers without it below (Add yurna).
- Use the search field to find a server by name or ID; the With yurna and Without yurna filters narrow the list down.
- Click a server. You land on its Overview at
/dashboard/<server>.
The overview#
The overview sums up what matters: key figures for the last 7 or 30 days (members, messages, active tickets), what needs your attention right now, the latest dashboard changes and the state of your modules.
New here? The First steps card shows the six basics: Welcome, Automod, Logs, Levels & XP, Verification and Tickets. For Welcome, Automod, Logs and XP, Turn on with recommendation switches the module on in one click; Set up myself opens the module page. If you also want channels and roles, start the setup assistant.
The sidebar#
On the left you pick an area; its pages appear next to it. At the very top, the server switcher moves you between your servers. Overview and Modules & commands are always at the top.
| Area | Pages |
|---|---|
| Welcome & members | Members, Welcome & goodbye, Join & rules, Verification, Reaction roles, Invites |
| Moderation & safety | Automod, Case files, Shield, Logs (server log, event logs, change log) |
| Support | Tickets, Modmail |
| Community & events | Hangout, Events, Giveaways, Starboard, Suggestions, Music, Join-to-Create |
| Content & automations | Announcements, Channel banners, Game Deals, Minecraft, Etsy, BuiltByBit, Flows, AI access, TikTok clips |
| Levels & rewards | Levels & XP (with card designer), Milestones, Reputation |
| Server & plan | Settings, Bot profile, Server design, Discord backup, Templates, Statistics, Refer, Premium – and, when unlocked, VRCD and Pokémon bot |
A coloured dot shows the module status: on, incomplete or off. Entries with a premium badge need a plan; the page then shows what the plan unlocks.
The little "i"#
At the top of every page and next to many sections there's a small i. One click takes you to the right spot in these docs – usually By command, which explains how to do the same in Discord.
Search and jump#
Press Ctrl + K (Mac: ⌘ + K) or use the search field at the top. It jumps to pages and, from two characters on, also finds tickets, members, warnings and commands.
Note
Every change you make in the dashboard is recorded with person and time in the Change log under Moderation & safety → Logs.
By command#
Almost everything in the dashboard also works in Discord. The best place to start is /yurna start:
| Command | What it does | Important options |
|---|---|---|
/yurna start | shows the six basics with their state (✅ running, ▫️ missing) – like the First steps card | – |
| Turn on … button | turns on Welcome, Automod, Logs or Levels & XP with the recommendation | – |
| Set up server button | opens the setup assistant in the dashboard | – |
/yurna dashboard | link to the dashboard | – |
/yurna startneeds "Manage Server". Only you see the reply; the buttons work for 10 minutes.- For Verification and Tickets,
/yurna startnames the matching command (/verify setup,/tickets) – or set them up in the dashboard. - All setup commands are listed under Set up everything with slash commands, all commands under Command overview.
Common questions#
Why is my server missing from "Choose a server"?#
You need Manage Server or Administrator there. After a permission change, use Reload list.
What does "incomplete" mean?#
The module is on, but something is still missing, such as a channel or a role. Open the page – the top tells you what's missing.
Can I hide the "First steps" card?#
Yes, with Hide. In Discord, /yurna start shows the same list any time.
Can others see what I change?#
Every change is recorded in the Change log – with person and time.
